THE TONE is operated by ArcCore Pty Ltd, ABN 18 699 068 856. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to ArcCore Pty Ltd. These terms apply to use of our store and purchases from THE TONE, together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

Products

Please read product descriptions, sizes, directions and warnings before purchasing. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. This does not limit your rights if a product does not match its description.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Available shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the price of an order already accepted.

If we identify an error affecting your order or cannot supply an item, we will contact you to explain the available options. We will not substitute a product or increase your order total without your agreement.

Orders, shipping and returns

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Whether a change can be made depends on the order’s status and your applicable rights.

Products are fulfilled from South Korea. Please read our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy for delivery and returns information. THE TONE handles customer enquiries about purchases made through our store.

Website use

You must not use the store for unlawful activity, submit fraudulent orders or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those under the Australian Consumer Law.

Updated terms apply to future orders from the date published and do not retrospectively remove rights associated with an existing purchase.

I’m holding the Privacy Policy until the store’s actual apps, tracking and overseas data handling are confirmed; publishing generic assumptions could mislead customers. The Shipping text also deliberately avoids promising 3–7 days until HYPERCAPE confirms the Australian service.
